            Ongoing Maintenance on LocationWater Plus takes pride in providing a complimentary reminder service to all of its customers who have purchased water filtration appliances and filters over the years.  Water filters require replacement at regular intervals depending upon circumstances, and through our comprehensive, continuously evolving data base, we are able to determine each month which filters are due for replacement in any given month. We then contact our customers with their reminder.

Our login and password security data base also provides our staff and hence our customers with a service history of every water filtration appliance installed for that customer.  We are able to extract detailed information on every service call of every unit on our records instantaneously.


        Service TechnicianConfidential and secure details kept on our database, would include who the customer or company is, the exact location of the appliance e.g. Level 1 West, end of corridor, conference room kitchen, building C, 64 Wollongong Street, Canberra, ACT, 2600.  Each location has an identification number, type of model installed with its serial number, the installation date and all of it's service history including any spare parts used previously.  Our technicians have the ability to access this information instantly which allows  them to determine measures taken by them for ongoing service and maintenance of any one particular unit. 

Our Information Technology Department is currently developing the data base to go live on a security protected internet link in the near future which will enable Water Plus to provide a valuable service to its customers which is second to none.  Our customers will then have the ability to track where their job is at from the time they call us to the exact time it is completed (similar to that which a freight company may use when shipping goods).
